Work, then yard work, then decided I better hit it if I was going to get any kind of run in before my daughter and 2 of her friends descended on the house, have put in a few longer runs past couple of runs and felt good so figured I might be a little slow but surprising felt pretty strong and was able to cruise pretty comfortably thru this one, beautiful day/weather, good day
