    amazing, mild weather, a bit rainy but temps low for July, grabbed a quick run before cranking up the grill, felt fine, breathing good, just mostly gotta put in the miles and get stronger

  20. Gearing up for 80miles hiking in New Mexico w/ my son, gonna be hot for sure but looking forward to spending 10 days on the trail w/ him
