    1st real run in a week. not fun. Ate bacon last night and I think I was holding some serious fluids, plus the humidity was BRUTAL. Marathon in two months, gotta get with it, and fast.

      Nice ride!! Hubby and I are FELT people too!! Was this the ride with Penn Cycle? What route? I'm looking for a good ride without so many stop lights!

      Oh nice, what do you guys ride? I just picked up the 2011 F95, pretty basic but better than what I had for years. I love that bike.....the ride was just me, exploring. I am moving to burnsville next week and was only staying in EP for the week as I transition from Winona. So I saw a good clean newly paved road and just kept going, awesome night for riding.....Ihad a fabulous time. I went from EP center on flying cloud to pioneer trail over to chaska till I hit 41?, then turned around and came back.

      I have the 2010 ZW5 Road bike and Dave has one of the tri bikes. We saw a lot of Felt's at the duathlon on Sunday. I'll have to check out your route. We ride some of Pioneer Trail in Bloomington. I'd love to get out on some country roads and just ride.

      So Insanity Asylum is from Beachbody and it's a different workout because it will be released on April 18th. I can't wait to start it! For now chaLEAN Extreme is awesome but it's pure weights. Great job and awesome that it felt good.

      I've heard good stuff about the INSANITY program...and I've heard that it's hard...so I don't think that's "hokey" at all!! Great job on getting out of bed and getting it done!! (I hear you with the weight thing too...I lost 40 pounds a couple of years ago and I am a lot more conscious of my weight now then I ever was...I figure it's a good thing...helps keep us from going back to where we were:-)

      Thanks Becca- This whole moving thing is such a strain on my mind and my stresslevel is so high. So may owrries, so much unknown, its easy to get out of the routine. Being an instructor for the last year taught me to never give up cause people are counting on you to get their fitness on.......now I have to rely on myself to get my own fitness on, and it not as easy asit sounds. depression sucks.

      There is a complete network of bike paths/paved trails to use. Don't risk your life in the traffic.

      Where are they all at? I am so green tothis area, and spoiled in that I have hundreds of miles of perfectly paved roads back in winona.....this area blows for biking......so far. by the way, I can't make the meeting on friday, Ihave to go home this weekend and take care of some things. Sorry

    nice night after work, why not go for a ride to a local bike shop? ended up buying some sweet bontrager carbon sole road shoes and new carbon pedals.....all on sale too.
