    Just a couple of miles to loosen up the legs and work on a mean tank top tan. Practice run on Wednesday and then our first 5k here on Saturday.

    Just a little sunrise from the pavement to push the soreness from the quads. No time kept this morning.

    It wasn't meant to be a race but the timing was perfect. I hit stop at 3.1 miles. Good 5k pace but I doubt there will be any buses next Saturday morning.
