Well, this went pretty well. I was not sure how well I would feel considering my legs were sore as heck from walking 18 holes of golf yesterday. Yeah I know, waaaa!! But I was pleasantly surprised, plus running with faster people motivates the crap out of me! Now to ice and relax. The Dark Knight Rises in IMAX tonight....woo hoo!!
