I hate it when the forecast says rain & it doesn't rain....so disappointing! First of all you are a runner & a pretty damn good one. Secondly, it's not your imagination you really did those things, we were there! Finally, you haven't lost your fitness, all you need is a little inspiration :) Daniela's daily core rocks! Not bothered because life is what it is Chris. Honestly sometimes you have to play the cards you have at the mo' whatever they are. I think we can safely say that so many things in everyone's lives just don't go to plan. But there are always positives in every situation. So smart to forget about pace for a while. I'm glad you're starting to enjoy these runs again. In my fairly minimal experience, if you work on getting your brain to let go of where you "should" be, and work on getting your body back to where you "should" be, soon enough you'll find those efforts meeting in the middle and then boom!--all's well. :)
