Honestly, my hands were freezing this morning! It felt like summer had ended quite abruptly and took me a good while to warm up! Lots of rolling mist again today which is always sort of cool.

I wouldn't think it's a fluke. You've been pretty consistent lately Chris, it makes sense that progress will be made. You've also had some decent long runs. The wind is crazy, my bike was wobbling from crosswinds, you gotta love the extra challenge though. I'm still ok to run and ride the bike. With a muscle tear complete rest is not the best approach, at least this way blood will be getting to to the area quicker for increased healing.

That sounds like a very cool way to get in a training ride, Chris. Does the system have all the Classics on it? Those trainers that have the GPS or courses built into them sound so neat to try.
