Great run Chris - you must be pleased with that! I had a 3 Irish setters chase after me outside a farm this morning, ended up squirting them with lucozade sport which seemed to confuse them and they sauntered back! Annoyed as I ran out of drink not long after!! Dogs/owners are usually pretty good, it's just the odd one who doesn't teach them to behave around others.

Wow another fantastic long run...I am loving this as much as you :-) I hear you with the dog thing, when I was running on the beach in Panama someones dog was not on a lead and chased and jumped on me. I started screaming and the owner says "hes fine...." I completely lost the plot, totally lost it and was screaming at the owner (I was really scared)...like you, the adrenaline carried me to the end of the beach!
