      It's still pretty cold first thing in the morning, it is only April after all - but it sure beats those dark, cold & damp winter mornings - I don't miss those at all! Nice work on the HR training again.

      I get your love for morning runs in the peace of an empty world...well, aside the geese, of course. I can't enjoy my run as well if there are too many people around, I get protective: "that is MY time, MY path, My run, what are you doing HERE ??" LOL great run Chris, you're running less but still running fast...maybe that's why it felt tough :)

      Just go out and run for fun Chris. Don't worry too much about gadgets. I haven't used my HRM for months! I would find a long route that you know and just run it. Don't even look at your Garmin. Have it on time of day. Give yourself a time, and finish on the dot. You'll surprise yourself!
