      I wouldn't think it's a fluke. You've been pretty consistent lately Chris, it makes sense that progress will be made. You've also had some decent long runs. The wind is crazy, my bike was wobbling from crosswinds, you gotta love the extra challenge though. I'm still ok to run and ride the bike. With a muscle tear complete rest is not the best approach, at least this way blood will be getting to to the area quicker for increased healing.

      Yay, the long run report is back, so enjoyable to read. Great distance, great pace, brilliant fast finish. You must've been buzzing after that, I can really wrap my head around running those distances anymore Chris, that just sounds like a bike distance to me now.
