      Oh ouch :( that's ok Chris, just the body telling you to take it easy. I am sure some rest days will make the pain go away... Great job on the weight session, I am trying to go back to some strengthening routine myself. Btw, my "kit" is indeed an exciting one LOL a salomon lab series pack. But I think I've ordered the wrong size (should have gotten xxs, I'm a smurf) and now it's late for my race.will have to "fix it" someway :-) it's really pretty though, in its smurfette-blue :D
