      Awww Chris... we will miss you!!Don't stay away too long.I am glad you signed up, it's something to look forward to, and there's always time to change your mind.I really wish you find your enthusiasm back... and that we lived closer so we could go run together sometimes :) One-legged...that could be an idea :) So far, I only have another race on the calendar on July 18th, then it's summer sloth time ;-) Take care Chris. I think we can safely say that so many things in everyone's lives just don't go to plan. But there are always positives in every situation.       So smart to forget about pace for a while. I'm glad you're starting to enjoy these runs again. In my fairly minimal experience, if you work on getting your brain to let go of where you "should" be, and work on getting your body back to where you "should" be, soon enough you'll find those efforts meeting in the middle and then boom!--all's well. :)
