Another good bike workout. That's all I can do for now. The calf is getting better. This is not a good start to the FIRST training for MCM. This is week 1 of the 16 week program and it looks like I am going to miss it. I also missed the cul-de-sac 5K race last night. I signed up for the series so I hope I get to do at least one of the 5Ks. In the meantime, I'll keep on biking and be patient. Easy to say.
