Another good bike workout. That's all I can do for now. The calf is getting better. This is not a good start to the FIRST training for MCM. This is week 1 of the 16 week program and it looks like I am going to miss it. I also missed the cul-de-sac 5K race last night. I signed up for the series so I hope I get to do at least one of the 5Ks. In the meantime, I'll keep on biking and be patient. Easy to say.

    Not sure what your calf injury is, but can definitely say let it heal and don't push too soon! and yes, easier said than done. Hang in there!
