1 mile warm-up at 10:40 followed by 6x800s that became progressively worse as time went by: 3:42, 3:44, 3:47, 3:50, 3:52, 4:03.
Interestingly enough, my goal was to average 3:50 which I accomplished. That's not what I had in mind though :) I'll blame the cold (or is it allergies?) I've been fighting since Sunday.

Way to tough through it Chris. I have 6 x 800 on the books later this wk...flipped my sched a bit for a 5k tomorrow. You did fine...this speed work stuff is different to get used to!
