Good workout but I am worried about my injury. A couple of times when I tried to go fast, the pain on my calf intensified. I am very disappointed about this injury because in 3 weeks I am supposed to go to a running retreat and I may not be able to take all the tests if I can't run :(

Ouch. Those nagging injuries are SOOO frustrating. Keep listening to your calf and back off when you need to.
