      The bike and ARC were my weapons of choice during my recovery. Keep up the cardio and running will fall back into place.

    Nice run with Russ. Our pace is improving. Temperature was 30 degrees with windshield in the low 20s. Great way to start the day followed by chocolate pancakes at the Brickhouse :-)
