      I think I saw you warming up before the race, but I wasn't sure if that was you (red shorts and a hat?). I can't imagine ever running this fast! Maybe one day I'll get close.

    Hate taper weeks! Feel sluggish and want to run more. Half-marathon is Saturday. Low of 42F, high of 52K, with chance of wind and rain.

      Cool!! I've seen a snake there but never a coyote. Nice that it can still be a bit of a wilderness.

    Great trail run at LOW. Some mud and puddles in spots, but not bad. Also windy! Tried to do a steady moderate paced run with HR under 150. Ended up HR avg = 150! Nice. read more
