      Was supposed to be 8 hours at Howl. I dropped at 5 hours and 26.32 miles (8 loops). Did catch up with lots of old friends. And I feel pretty darn good RIGHT NOW. Maybe 4-5 hours is a good limit for me?

      Strava is better than DM if you use a GPS watch (especially with HR). More stats and graphs. It also has social features. If you manually enter mileage, then DM is fine. My Garmin automatically sends run data to Garmin Connect, DM, and Strava (and SmashRun). A lot of other apps sync with Strava too--like my HRV app (HRV4Training).
