    1 mile there, 4 miles, then 1 walked home. Started off at a decent pace, but my running really sucked for the last few miles. The heat didn't help!!

      Actually, I'm not. I can ride, but the runs aren't going to get better wothout surgery, and one doctor was not so positive. However, other people I've talked to have been through it.
