    First long run in months. Slow, went through the whole gamut: knee, gut, visual migraine. It will get better with more runs! Still: a beautiful course!

      Nice work out there! It will get better. I wish I was training for Boston again this year. I have some 13.1s on the agenda and am considering a fall marathon. Maybe I should join in on the run to the beach 30k. That was a fun run. You're doing great. I am betting you'lol find steady progress as you train. It's tough hitting those double digits again after time off. Been there! Keep it up :)
