I did a few weights beforehand, but my regimen consistently mostly of intervals for 30 minutes. A 9.1mph to start out with for the first 2 minutes, then 6.1 for the next 2 minutes, and then on. A 10-minute cool-down followed this bit. I was hoping for better, but my 2 kids being sick drained me some.
