yeah i took a day off yesterday(punch me, slap me, whateva) ...back this mornin thoughstill got that cold but hey it doesnt seem to affect running much~

    Can I do both? :-) Or maybe I can just punch and slap the cold, huh? Way to get it in Chills. You probably needed the day off to help your body fight the cold. Hope you feel better soon!
