    Great! I increased the weight on my squats to 90 pounds and it really killed me. At some point, I'd better have the best legs in town or I want my money back! LOL

    I upped my deadlift to 125#, preacher curls and skull crushers to 30# and increased the cruches, leg lifts and side bends. I am on a roll in spite of a nasty cold!
