      wouldn't work for everyone, but I get up at 5:00 & get my run in before anything else can get in the way. It can be hard getting out of the bed, but I'm always glad I did.

      If you can run 9 miles, you can definitely run 13.1 :) You won't loose much fitness over a week, so rest up, just do short runs if and when you feel like it & I'll see you on the start line!

      Thanks John. I will have a flat run on Saturday and see how it goes. If it hurts, a week should be plenty of time to rest it.

    Long run postponed until tomorrow due to high winds on the seafront. Instead settled on weights. 200 Reps on My legs and 200 on my arms. Felt good but not as much fun as a run.
