great Neighborhood 5K 3.1 mi 00:34 10:54 pace
How about that - not even trying to improve, just didn't want to start my training by missing days! I didn't stop at all, which made me feel like maybe I can eventually adjust to the dam... read more

great Another neighborhood loop 3.13 mi 56:41
Still not hitting any kind of consistent pace. I speed up and then poop out... Definitely something I have to work on! (Good thing I have 12 weeks!) Of course, I'm still undecided on Virgi... read more

Both are Rock n' Roll half marathons. Hubby did the Philly last year and loved it, and we both did the DC one. I love the band-stages along the race course, and hubby loves the free beer at the end! ;)

another forgotten run 3.1 mi 00:36 11:27 pace
