Side cramp changed my plan. After just a mile I was in so much pain I just went home. On a good note I ran barefoot for the last mile or so. I think I need to start shopping for some barefoot shoes!!


Wow cheryl you're soo brave to run bare foot. Hope you're cramp is better though!
