    Had an amazing day starting with the Earth day run in Tigard and then later went and climbed Beacon Rock which was an 850 ft hike up an extinct volcano on a trail that is almost 100 years old.

    Amazing that I could do another mile run after 2 miles on the elliptical but it felt really good. And I can tell that my stamina is improving day by day

    Had a good run. Played with inclines a little so I have a feeling that I might be a little sore tomorrow. But it's all good in the name of health and fitness!!!!

    Besides my run I got some strength training in. Got some leg work and did some stairs too. So hopefully it will help to work out the stiffness in my feet and ankles.

      One mile at a time, next thing you know it's 2 at a time. When I'm out I go mailbox to mailbox. So keep it up.
