Make sure to include some protein in your snacks when you can...I find that helps keep me "full" for longer. Like you, I tend to eat often (seems like all day sometimes!).

raw vegetables (sliced peppers), celery, grape tomoatoes and my personal fav is frozen grapes. Tastes like popsicles, great for that sweet craving. I eat them all the time

So I are healthy and a lot all day!!! I definitely see that I haven't been eating enough throughout the day and that is why when I'm done work at 4pm I'm starving. Gotta get a bigger lunch box;)
