Had another great run tonight. Didn't go as long but still feeling really good and strong. Gonna see how many days this week I can get a run in. And I know take it easy and listen to my body. Just want to push a bit and see if I can get 1-2 miles a day over the next several days.

    One mile at a time, next thing you know it's 2 at a time. When I'm out I go mailbox to mailbox. So keep it up.
