    CYKL endurance 01:00

Lots of out of the saddle work and climbs. Very tiring after another lengthy inactive period.

  2. VELO
    CYKL60 endurance 01:00

Think I did the endurance class correctly. Legs didn't burn afterwards, but my lungs suffered.

  3. RUN
good Hardwood Ski & Bike 17.96 km 02:48 15:01 pace

1st XC-skiing of the season. Very icy with the ice storm. Only the Meadowlands trail was in decent condition for the public. Did that trail fully twice, 3rd time - took 3 shortcuts.

  4. VELO
    CYKL45 00:45

Anaerobic endurance. Feeling much more in the groove.

Nice spin, keep at it - it'll come back sooner than you think! because you were in fantastic shape before - heck I'm sure you're still in good shape!

  9. RUN
alright Around the block 5.47 km

All dressed for a short ride and drizzles came. Changed gears to a quick run instead. Haven't ran since May's half ....

  10. VELO
good Around the city 42.22 km 01:42 15.5mph pace

Rode purely for workout purpose. motivation is not quite fully returned.

  11. VELO
    good Teaser 53.13 km 02:11 15.1mph pace

Felt good to be back from a little hiatus. Had to cut it short from the original destination.

  12. VELO
alright Tour de Hans 100 km 03:34 17.4mph pace

Last race of the year. Pace was awesome the 1st hr up to 30km, and the rest of the route was a bit unmotivated and pathetic pace. Got dropped after 50km & pretty much pulled myself to the end.

      Brandon Congrats
      Congrats:

Looks like a great pace to me. You've been tough on your body the last month, you're allowed to be a bit tired!

Just a little de-stressing. Still a lot of Salmon fishing going on along the river

    great Culham Trail 17.43 km

So Exhilarating! Probably not the wisest idea to ride in the dark in the trails but it was so fun. Watched out for darker spots in pitch black which were people. Couldn't see where I was goi... read more

alright Short Milton 39.08 km 01:36 15.1mph pace

Dull and boring. I was recovered from last wknd but head wasn't in it. Aborted the original plan and cut the route short.

had a similar experience this morning only made worse by thinking it was going to be a great one (new bike!) - there's always the next one (and the next, next, etc)

alright Tour de Mississauga 100 km 03:43 16.7mph pace

Legs were gone after 30k or so. Wasn't too enjoyable with legs & rear still stiff from yesterday. Glad the ride is over, phew. (note: time & distance extrapolated from 97.77km at 3hr... read more
