    Grandson had a haircut this morning. Barber shop about 1 1/2 miles away. We only had 10 minutes to get there. You should have seen those 5 year-old legs turn those pedals! And we made it on time.

    Got a ride to the P.O. so I could get there before it closed, but declined a ride back home. A beautiful day, sunny, breezy and 55 degrees. Short, but refreshing walk!

    Pain in the ball of right foot, but it subsided after icing. Had to back off on my pace toward the end. HR was beyond what my max should be.

      I agree, sorry about your pain, I've had foot pain as well. Hope that it goes away soon.
