After GOTR, ran with Lori for 10 from AACC to B&A. I made 2 mistakes...forgot sunscreen & wore my HOKAs for 10 more miles without transitioning.. Thank goodness Lori H. got me through that tough hot run... The shoes made me feel like I was running in quick sand!

    First runs on Hoka's can be a bit interesting. Keep at it, I really like my Bondi's for long pavement or sidewalk runs.
