I think riding this distance is equivalent to running 4 miles... Saw 2 red foxes this morning. One ran next to me along a fence then as it felt trapped he ran across the street in front of me..I had to slam my brakes! I attempted to run when I got home, but my lower leg hurts. I think I may have a Fibula Stress fracture. I hope it's not so I can run the A-10 this Sunday. I have made an appt at the Orthro Sports Medicine doc for next Thursday & messaged my Chiropractor to see if he can help me. I'm not happy right now...hope this won't cause me to defer my upcoming marathons this fall:(
