Saw the Chiropractor today & found out that my lower back ache was my pelvic tilt. He adjusted my right hip, which was locked up & cracked my back... ahh! He said it's from the hills. I guess it's obvious I haven't been doing my core & hip strengthening exercises. He's amazed at my progress with my knee & is surprised that I'm still running pain free having so much missing cartilage. Last year, I had been running with my knee cap dislocated & grinded away the cartilage to the bone. Now my knee cap is in the right spot. It's so nice not having my knee pop out now.
