    Rainy and gross outside so Ron and I ran inside. ;-)

    Ran on treadmill to avoid the crazy pollen that is floating around. I was able to run and lift today. Feels good to be human again! :-)

    Didn't run the OKC marathon due to illness--but I was a damn good spectator! I got 10 miles in!

    THANK GAWD for HGTV or there is no way I would have done 9 miles on a treadmill, LOL! Felt great, though and learned a lot about how I can remodel my house!!! Ha!

    Not a PR, but I still got 1st place in my age division and 13th overall female. Wind was BRUTAL!!! Fun race as always! ;-)

    6 miler on the treadmill. Miles 4, 5 and 6 were at a 7:21 pace, so I felt pretty good about it. Then a killer ab workout!!
