    Run 2min, 10 burpees, run 4min, 10 burpees, run 6min, 10 burpees, and then run 8min. Did some ab work at the end as well :)

      @Brittaney I doubt I will be this year =/ That was a really fun race! Though the course wasn't very shaded...I've been great though :)! How about you?!
