Ran at six this morning to try to beat the heat. It was already awful :P Took a walk break after first mile & after next half mile. I think I need to switch to weekday morning runs for the summer. Hopefully they won't all be as hot & humid as this one.


It was pure nastiness this morning! Very nice humid & hot 2.15 miles!
