    pushed the length of ride a little this morning. Front of left hip a little tight. Continuing rehab. Funny that over an hour is a long ride for me right now.

      Hey man. Easy ride with G and Jacqui. J was scouting a ride for fall festival, and we went along. JMo was off today, so time was not an issue. But, yeah, time can be tough sometimes, especially b/c it's dark in the AM. I'll have to get on the trainer a bit more.

      Only had an hour this morning. Did SS loops with a ladder 1,2,3,4,4,3,2,1 minute intervals with equal recoveries. Felt good.
