Thanks ladies. Yes, the last time I ran was in April of last year when I was 4 weeks pregnant. So, I was extremely excited about my run yesterday.

Good pace. When is your 1rst 10K? I'll be doing mine on June the 11th. I chose a nice flat run and very close by so I'm not too tire. My first Half is in May. I know, it's revered. I've been running for over a year and training for this half since January. :)
