This was rough all around. Tired, heavy legs, no energy. I woke up before sunrise planning to get in an hour or more of running. The heat and humidity weren't bad at all, but I just couldn't get going. At least Yiska W. was in the same boat, so we took two walking breaks and just slogged through. I would have called it quits much earlier if it wasn't for her. At least I got to 10k, but boy was this challenging. At least most of my runs are so much better!
