Felt good. Walk 2 min @ 3mph, run 2.5 @ 5.7 and walk 1.5. Moved to 5.8 2nd mile and 5.9 3rd mile. Felt easy, probably because I walked so much but I got faster last year doing it this way so I'll see how it goes this year and pump up the speed more. II
