Not sure about my prime Sharon when I'm running up against lads that are young enough to be my children (20 - 22 years old). I feel like a grand father :)

Great.. Hard tho.. Time around 20 min although want to break the 20 minutes mark (around 18 minutes) before the Anaconda Adventure Race at the end of April

Hey Lu. Glad you found out how to log. Just a hint though, there is a drop down menu for swim, cycle, run etc so you can match your activity to your post. Like on this one it says you have run but you actually swam.
