Great night at TKD. Went in feeling like crap and felt a lot better after a night of kicking. Warm up was dodgeball/handball. LOVED that, too! :-)

Wow! It's been a while since I've benched! I pushed myself so hard that everything after that was almost awful. LOL. Never been so happy to get to abs at the end of the workout. LOL.
