Went to meet up with Kate H., Lori H., and Marie at Bell's Mill Park to do some hill work. Warm up going around the North part of the course and then the South part before running five hill repeats, one chasing Lori (she beat me into the ground), one chasing Kate, one with Marie, another one chasing Lori and then one final one to make it five. Had a great time Ladies....We need to do this again! Beautiful warm late afternoon with 3/4 of the Angels!
