great 2 workouts 00:45

This is 2 workouts from today combined. Earlier I did some step ups onto an aerobic step(same as at PT) and tried my suspension trainer for the first time since surgery and did bicep curls and lat pull downs. The knee did fine with the suspension trainer, so I will start adding more exercises with it.
The second workout was 22 minutes on the bike and then 10 minutes of plyometrics. I was able to do a little more reps on the plyometrics since last time. Overall the knee has been feeling really well this weekend. Today is one month since surgery and I think I have made some great progress. As much as it was bad I had to have surgery, I have learned a tremendous amount in the last month doing PT and I have taken up things like plyometrics that I would have never imagined before. Guess I have to make the best of it. Have a great evening everyone!
