Good workout in the pool again. 4th workout the pool the past couple of weeks. I have increased my distance by 500 yards since the first one. I did my first 200 tonight, that felt good. I am hoping to get in about 7 more swims before surgery next month.

Hey Charles. I'm sorry I missed this post a couple days ago. I see you saw my injury. What a crazy year this is turning out to me. Good luck with your surgery next month - I hope you are able to make a speedy recovery.
