Wow, it feels great to be back in the gym. Since I can't run, decided this would be a fine alternative (normally I skip the gym in the summer months).
3x thru each superset of:
Superset 1: Pull-ups to 60 second Front Plank hold
Superset 2: Cable Kickbacks in Squat Position to Suitcase Deadlift
Superset 3: Stability Ball Pike to Horizontal Pull-up
Superset 4: Overhead Push Press to Burpees
