      Today is my daughter's 11th birthday, and her delivery was not easy. Every child born is a miracle, and you are right that we should cherish life. Will keep your friend in my thoughts.

    Easy run on the west loop. Just shakin it out before 50k on Saturday. Socks dropped out of my bag, so went sockless. Used to run that way, but not recently. No ill effect, even felt kinda good :)
