Headed out today for the hills, felt pretty good...just a little weak. This weekend's half marathon has a few good hills so i wanted to get one hill run in before. I've been doing "trigger point" therapy for 4 months now so i'm keeping my fingers crossed that i don't get hit with the spasms in my toes, that will slow me down. Another beautiful warm day and with all the rain we've had the hills are so green, love this time of yr! : )
