Alarm went off at 6:05 AM. I woke up at 7:05 but not out the door until 8 ish. Still trying iPod quit at about 1/2 way. Talked to myself in my head. Listened to Tony Robbins so had things to consider in my head. Went around the loop twice to complete the 5 miles. Couldn't get myself to go faster. Nice pace but seemed slow.
