Had to drop the SO off at the airport for a family issue. Felt super stressed, so I decided to go for a trail run (had it planned anyway). It was warmer, and I could really feel it. I also noticed I'm coming down with something; more like fighting it off. Plodded along, but I'm really glad I got out there. Still feel like crap, but it'll pass. :)
