    Walked the dog and had some good Mother/Daughter chat time walking with my 9 year old. Not a fast pace or a long distance but it was good for both of us.

    Had a run planned but then Mother Nature got a little crazy on us - rain, sun, rain, tornado watch, rain, lightening, rain... so I did the elliptical instead.

    We had a really brisk pace going until we had to go across the path which meant .5 mile of dodging mud puddles and squishy areas. Still a great walk with the girls.

    Tried running again to see how my hip would handle it. Not bad, alternated run and walk. Distance was more like 3.0-3.25 but I forgot to start the Nike+ right away.

      Me either, but it has been nagging since April and seems to be worse after I run. Thinking I need to have it checked or just walk for a while.
