    Ran right after dinner and that is a recipe for disaster for me when it comes to running. I need a two hour buffer before I get on the road. Lesson learned.

    Cold and rainy early morning hours. Needed to get in a long run, seeing as I hadn't run since Saturday. Felt good despite the weather.
