    Back again after a cold. Felt really good running. Took it easy a first and picked up the pace. Wore the knee brace and again, so far so good.

    Ran immediately after 22 mile ride. I felt strong, legs felt good. Not wobbly at all. Pleased with the pace too.

    Ran to Evanston Tennis court, I felt like I was running hard. It is hot out there. Reasonably pleased with my effort. I can feel my fitness slipping away though. My knee did not bother me at all.

    Got my carbon bike back after being fitted and serviced. It felt much better than it was but i think the saddle height is still incorrect. Decent ride for a solo ride....
