    Good ride. No one to ride with but maintained a decent pace.

    Ran immediately after 22 mile ride. I felt strong, legs felt good. Not wobbly at all. Pleased with the pace too.

    Ran to Evanston Tennis court, I felt like I was running hard. It is hot out there. Reasonably pleased with my effort. I can feel my fitness slipping away though. My knee did not bother me at all.

    I almost found it impossible to run today. Then my knee gave up as soon as I finished. I think the running days are numbered. Luckily I'm getting more and more into riding... Needs must...

    Got my carbon bike back after being fitted and serviced. It felt much better than it was but i think the saddle height is still incorrect. Decent ride for a solo ride....

    The teperature outside has dropped considerably, making it so much easier to run. 1st time out again in a while and I felt like I was flying. Very happy.
