      i'm really thinking about joining crossfit! My friend does it and is addicted to it. We have it where i live and you can do it free for a week before you commit. Your workouts scare me though!

    Wednesday run day! Started off blazing fast (8:15 first mile) and crashed in the 2nd mile. Pulled it together in the 3rd and finished over a minute faster than last Wednesday. Loving the weather!

      It's on its way! I'm doing all my previous workouts, just scaling about 50% of weight that tax my lower back (Olympic lifts and kipping pullups.) Oh yeah, and I am out of shape!!
