Kathy - yes! all at once. to pace myself I did 15 burpees followed by 5 deep breaths, then 15 burpees... my heart would have exploded without the breaths. Took 6.5 minutes to do all 70. Then on to all the other stuff...

Wednesday run day! Started off blazing fast (8:15 first mile) and crashed in the 2nd mile. Pulled it together in the 3rd and finished over a minute faster than last Wednesday. Loving the weather!

Added a little distance and felt a whole lot better than last week's run. Hopefully the endurance is coming back. Had to drag hubby along - change from last week when he was the one pulling me.
