good Followed Lara dutta's Aerobics DVD. 00:40

A total body workout combined with weights, pilates and lots of squats.
woke up late, not wanting to bike in traffic thought of skipping workout, but my FIL talked about consistency so I stayed indoors and followed the Aerobics DVD which comes free with Kellogs K special. It was quite a workout. Squat = ouch.:-(
