    Walking is so boring, and missing cycling or spinning. but having forgotten shoes, not sure what to do, any idea people? stair climbs? bare foot running? or just just strength training?

    Calves feel heavy after skipping yesterday, missing out on the stretching. Gawd, the gym makes so much difference to a routine! come native, and I seem to have forgotten everything.
