    Great high impact spinn class at the gym. didn't think i would make it past the first 20 minutes but second wind kicked in.

      Well I just got my first road bike a couple of weeks ago and I'm looking into going into triathlons too. The only part that really worries me is the swim. Good luck!

    5 minute warmup @ 3mph
    walk 1 min @ 3mph/ run 2 min @ 5mph
    5 minute cooldown @ 3 mph
